An EPC can highlight possible changes that you can make to improve the efficiency of your home and make key cost savings.

Prices for flats:

  • Studio / 1-2 beds: £70

  • 3 beds: £75

  • 4 beds or more: £80

Prices for houses:

  • 2 beds: £70

  • 3 beds: £80

  • 4 beds and above: £90

All prices are exclusive of VAT. For properties of 4 beds or more, please call us for a more specific quote. For the purposes of quotation, additional living rooms are counted as bedrooms. We can also provide Legionella Risk Assessments.

Meet our Planning Expert, Irina

Lithuanian-born Irina is our resident expert when it comes to Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Floor Plans.

In fact, she was one of the first assessors to qualify when EPCs were introduced in 2007, so she really knows her stuff.
