    Unsatisfied by the lack of trust and openness within the property sector, James Widdowson founded WLPS in 2016, following more than a decade working across London agency lettings, sales, investments, and refurbishments.

  • Ella - Property Manager

    Prior to WLPS, Ella spent two decades in complex administrative roles. She brings her experience in relationship management and fast, creative thinking to the world of London property management.

  • Mark - Site Manager & Multi-Trader

    A seasoned and passionate engineer, Mark has more than 15 years of experience as a builder and handyman. He splits his role between overseeing the work of our specialist team and picking up the tools himself.

  • Sam - Gardener

    Sam

    Gardener

    Sam has been working in the horticultural sector for over a decade. He is at home working on large landscaping projects, as well as regular maintenance tasks.

    Sam specialises in fence installation, but can also assist with real and artificial turf, patio and decking requests.

    Electrical Engineers

    With a combined total of 45 years of experience, this duo has yet to find a problem they cannot solve!

    Daniel and Gus cover fault-finding, testing, and installation and are qualified in emergency lighting and electric vehicle charging points.

    Richard has been working in the domestic market for more than 20 years.

    He holds himself to very high standards and (in typical straight-talking style) tells us that as a result, he never expects to receive a callback once a job is completed.

    Rosemary made a big impression when she moved from Brazil to London and began cleaning private homes.

    Lithuanian-born Irina is our resident expert when it comes to Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Floor Plans.

    In fact, she was one of the first assessors to qualify when EPCs were introduced in 2007, so she knows her stuff.

    North West Londoner Richard is the man we go to when we need to clear the decks. No one is more efficient and prompt when it comes to the essential tasks of waste removal and demolition.

    Richard has grown his team and now has three waste removal trucks constantly on the road around London.
