We recommend that all boilers receive an annual check-up to avoid the potential for overall higher servicing costs in the future.

Boiler servicing (based on an average household boiler):

  • Hourly rate: £90

  • Plus additional materials: £TBC

  • Boiler standard service: £225

  • Service kits: £50

Gas certification

  • Boiler, plus one appliance: £100

  • Each additional appliance: £30

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

What our boiler service includes:

  • Drain out boiler

  • Recharge expansion vessel

  • Remove burner and combustion chamber

  • Clean out heat exchange and burner

  • Clean out flue canopy and set gas ratios

  • Clean out the condenser

  • Refill and test

Meet our Heating & Gas Engineer, Richard

Richard has been working in the domestic market for more than 20 years. He holds himself to very high standards and (in typical straight-talking style) tells us that as a result, he never expects to receive a callback once a job is completed.
